BOWEN HOUSE - NEIL ARCHITECTURE

 PROJECT

BOWEN HOUSE - NEIL ARCHITECTURE

A restrained inner-city dwelling with a resounding sense of openness, Bowen House by Neil Architecture is located to the north of Melbourne’s Richmond Hill.

Floor-to-ceiling windows provide endless natural light and city views. Through this, an overarching sense of connection to the home’s verdant exterior is established. Mellow timber finishes create warmth and naturalise the space, counteracted by cool polished concrete flooring - a stylish yet low-maintenance choice of material that was retained from a previous renovation. A marble kitchen isle flows seamlessly into a six-person dining setting for convenient entertaining.

Over the sun-drenched timber stairs hangs a Vibia Wireflow pendant, filling the stairwell void without obstructing the spaciousness and visual flow of the interior.
